‘In the event of a complaint being made, every effort will be made to achieve a satisfactory outcome for all parties concerned. This policy is designed to facilitate resolution of concerns with the minimum of conflict and this policy has been implemented to carry the confidence of all interested parties so that its use secures “closure” of any complaint or concern.’
